Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of TurfCraft Landscaping LLC("TurfCraft," "we," "us," or "our").

TurfCraft provides residential lawn care and landscaping services in Western North Carolina, including but not limited to lawn mowing, mulch installation, bush and hedge trimming, leaf cleanup, aeration and overseeding, and fertilizer programs.

All services are subject to availability and our service area. We reserve the right to decline service to any property at our discretion.

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope differs materially from the estimate.
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may be adjusted for recurring services with reasonable advance notice.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for fuel, materials, or other cost changes with 30 days notice to active customers.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe using a credit or debit card.
• For recurring services, payment is charged automatically on the agreed billing cycle.
• One-time services require payment at the time of booking or upon quote acceptance.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion for services not rendered or where we are at fault for unsatisfactory work.
• A late payment fee may apply to overdue balances.

• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on the scheduled day. Weather, equipment issues, or other factors may cause rescheduling with notice.
• Customers may skip or reschedule a visit through the customer portal with at least 24 hours notice.
• Repeated skips or short-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of recurring service.
• We reserve the right to cancel service if property conditions present a safety hazard to our crew.

• You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled days.
• Please secure pets before scheduled visits. We are not liable for incidents involving unsecured animals.
• Notify us of any known hazards on your property, including underground utilities, irrigation heads, or unstable terrain.
• We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems, buried items, or objects not visible during service.

• Your customer portal account is for your personal use only. Do not share your credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including contact details and property notes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

TurfCraft carries general liability insurance. We are responsible for damage caused directly by our crew during service. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing property conditions or damage
• Damage caused by unmarked or hidden property features
• Normal wear to turf resulting from mowing or other routine services
• Delays or service interruptions due to weather or circumstances outside our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, notify us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of the work performed and does not cover disputes about scope or pricing that were agreed upon in advance.

Either party may terminate recurring service with 7 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, unsafe property conditions, or abusive conduct toward our team.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Henderson County, NC.
